About Our Services

All services show a starting price and may increase based on hair length, texture, additional services rendered, and your Stylist's experience and skill level. Number of sessions needed to achieve specific results may vary. Please arrive on time to ensure you receive your full service. If you are running late, we will do everything we can to accommodate you. If you are excessively late, please keep in mind that we may have to reschedule your appointment.

Payment Options and Discount Information​

We want to let you know we are committed to providing you with an exceptional service while keeping our prices as competitive as possible. To achieve this, we are introducing a new payment option: Cash Payment Discount: Pay with cash and enjoy our current pricing. Credit card payments will incur a small fee of 3% to cover processing costs. By implementing this program, we are able to: Maintain our current pricing for all services, avoid raising prices across the board  and give you the choice on how to pay. We appreciate your understanding as we strive to keep our salon affordable while continuing to offer the high quality services you deserve.

We Work Hard To Provide Complete Satisfaction

Hair Society Salon and Color Bar stands firmly behind all of its salon services.  However, due to the artistic nature of what we do, we cannot offer refunds on services performed. If, for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with your service please contact us immediately so we can remedy the situation. We are happy to make the adjustments needed. Tweaks and adjustments will be honored for two weeks of the date of service. All product sales are final.

Cancellations/ No Show

 

When you book an appointment at Hair Society Salon and Color Bar, we reserve the time and space especially for you. We have an updated cancellation policy to ensure appointments are reserved for confirmed clients.

We respectfully require at least 24 hours’ notice if you are not able to come to your appointment. For any client who cancels with less than 24 hours’ notice, will be charged 50% of your scheduled service. Same day cancelations or no-show appointments will be considered a “no-show” and you will be charged 95% of your scheduled service.

As a courtesy, appointment confirmation messages are sent 5 days, 3 days, and 48 hours in advance of appointments by both text and email to the contact information given at the time of booking. Failing to respond to those messages or not confirming your appointment does not count as canceling your appointment. To avoid a cancellation fee, you must cancel your appointment more than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time.
 

The livelihood of each stylist at Hair Society Salon and Color Bar is very important to the company. Though we understand that things come up, this policy protects our stylists so that they are able to financially provide for themselves and their family. We appreciate your understanding of our updated policy and your loyalty and support of our dedicated salon team.
